personal trainer or decent gym newbridge area

Hey all,

Looks like i will be moving to newbridge for work over the next two weeks,
looking for a decent gym or personal trainer, any suggestions?

I'm not a member as I don't live close enough but hear nothing but good things about this place, might be worth a visit.

he is the best in the business , pricey but worth every penny . if you don't want to shell out the cash , tonnes of free material on his site ,

you are a little far away to work with consistently (though i do deal with clients all over the country).

Contact the brother directly as not sure if he is taking on new members at the moment.

This guy is fantastic.
I lost over 4 stone training with him.

Caters for all levels,great kettlebell trainer too

Thanks for the replies, the performance and fitness academy aint taking new PT on at the mo, and classes are limited, so
i think i will be looking elsewhere, tho looks like a great place!
