Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

You will find it hard not to lose strength on 1200 calories a day. Actually probably impossible unless you are around 4 ft 5 and 6 stone.
Depends what your goals are if you want to lose weight or increase strength.

You need to find your maintenance calorie amount. Eat about 500 calories a day more than that.
The myfitness pal calorie ap will tell you what that is.
If you want to post up your height weight and diet somebody will probably tell you.
Build then cut build then cut build then cut.
The lads in the competitions dont look like that all year round.

Yeah - it looks like you are in need of bulking up. If you bulk up (on proper foods) and have a weight programe you wont lose your form, you will improve it.

1300 calories is very low for a man or most women.

wat percentages would u use for carbs fat n proteins?? Would u eat carbs or protein before weight training?? 😁

I seriously doubt your maintenance is 1300 calories a day. That is a tiny amount. You're already very light as it is so you need to build up muscle. Which means you need to eat a LOT more calories than you already are.

Don;t think in percentages. For protein get in 1g/lb of bodyweigh. So for you who weghts 52kg=115lb so you should be getting in 115g of protein. For fat the minimum should be 0.4g/lb so a minimum of 46g of fat. Then just fill the rest of the calories with carbs.

Eat them whenever is most convenient for you. Timing has a very tiny effect on training and your better of sorting out the big issues first.
