Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

LOL :) It is strong alright. the recommended dosage is lower than all the likes of daz and aerial! It is amazing the amount of people who don't measure their detergent! It is brilliant on mucky clothes and will even get old stains out.

None left in our Tesco when I got there. Does anyone know if the offers are just for the one day ?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 28,404 ✭✭✭✭vicwatson

Its says on the picture that it finishes 19th Dec (maybe that's midnight tonight) though the mince pies on offer tomorrow also states valid until 19th December

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 501 ✭✭✭198321

Offers are for 2 days. The reason (I think) is if you buy it online TODAY with delivery tomorrow they have to charge you today's price, but items go through checkouts next day.

I don't understand why they say ONE DAY ONLY if so far everything was there for 2 days.

For example they still had puddings today for 95c even though new offers started.

Coke is going to be on offer tomorrow too but puddings are finished.

Has me stocked for the crimbo anyways. :-)

I hate some of the advertising though. Doritos are now "2 for 4 euro" when they are 2 euro anyways.

    Also same with the Ferrero.

Dunnes still in the stone age - better off looking at your tea leaves than browsing their site.

    Thanks Snubbleste & Bojangles.
I might just pay that so. €12 isn't too bad. The hazelnut one is lovely in an irish coffee after Christmas dinner :-)

All (Tesco/Dunnes) just junk food .. is Christmas only about sweets and unhealthy food? And government is surprised that people are fat when supermarkets have promotions only on high calorie products. Wish they would sell something (as part of advent calendar) that is actually good for us.
