Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Seed and Berry Mix

    Hi all, I currently buy a seed and berry mix from Avoca (Superfood seed & berry mix). It is made up of Goji Berries, Chia Seeds, Sunflower seeds, Flax seeds & Pumpkin seeds. It costs €8.95 for 340g which is only lasting me a couple of weeks! Can anybody tell me where else I could get this or similar for a reasonable price please? I've tried Holland & Barrett & The Health Store however all of their mixed packs seems to be ground and the individual bags seemed pricey. Thanks!

    I'm not sure if Aldi or Tesco do them but if so, I'd imagine they might be cheaper?

    Drumeel Farm's stand in the Dun Laoghaire People's Park of a Sunday. Lidl also do something similar but I don't know about the quality.

    Aldi has a whole section these days of seeds, dried berries and nuts. Whilst not 100% on the range, I'm pretty sure they have most of the seeds mentioned anyway.
