Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Leftover bacon and concertina spuds from last night's dinner and a pack of Hula Hoops.

Anyone see Hugh Fearnly-Wossisname's show about lunches last night? I was amazed by how many people never seemed to think to bring leftovers for lunch.

I made a big pot of veggie soup today. Nothing fancy.

roughly equal ammounts of Carrot, Onion and Celery sweated with a few cloves of garlic for about 10 minutes until they were getting soft then I threw in some cubed spuds and sweated for another few mins then added some chopped broccoli and a hand ful of sugar snap peas I had in the freezer. topped up with water, added 2 chicken stock cubes, simmered for about 20 minutes and then blitzed.

Was yummy and filling. Will be eating it for the next 3 days I reckon.

+1 on this! I have soup most days for lunch, especially in winter.

Today I had homemade veg soup with a ham and cheese sambo on brown soda. It was gorgeous and warmed me up great on this miserable day. In fact I would have ate two more sambos but shant be greedy.
