    hi is there alot of paper work and time delays in going from half rate to full carers allowance.thanks

    Anyone?. Has this not happened to someone here in the past.

    I haven't had experience of this change but if you contact Citizens Information where you are, they will be able to give you some information. Other than that, contact the Carers Section of SW, they're very helpful as far as I have found. Good luck.
