Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Any advice on which is the healthiest yogurt to have. Least sugars aspartame etc. I like the liberte (not sure if I spelt that right) Greek style yogurt but they seem to taste too yum to be good for me. Any advice appreciated

Liberte is up near the top of the list in healthy yogurts, the unflavoured ones. lower in sugar and higher in protein.
    people recommend fage also

Liberté and Fage would be personal favourites.

But if yoghurt is your biggest food concern, you're doing alright.

If the rest of your diet is in check and your yoghurt intake isn't measured in cubic metres, have at it.

Yeah I seem to be doing fine with the rest of my diet and have a yogurt instead of something sweeter lol. So want to have the right type. Thanks for replies
