Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Its pretty light, you will burn through it quite fast. A bench would be better as you can buy more weight for your bar.

Have to agree with runawaybishop, 30k is nothing. Have you taken delivery of it yet ?

30 KG is very light and I doubt you can add additional weight to it, it'll be grand at the start but after a few months you'll be needing something heavier.

Honestly, I think those multi gyms are a waste of money.

As suggested, a bench with a proper set of weights and a good barbell would be far better for you.

Cancel it, it will be crap and you will be lifting heavier than 30kg after a week at the most.

You cannot add extra weight to this.

Dumbbells and bench are a much better option for weight training.
