The super smoothie

    6 raw eggs
    cup of brown rice which has been left soaking overnight
    cup of porridge oats which has also been left soaking
    2 apples
    2 kiwis
    2 avocados
    2 pears

    Is this madness or the stuff of champions? A personal trainer is my town says the latter.

    i read somewhere that the protein in eggs is more bioavailble if they are cooked, there are some other downsides of raw eggs so on average they would be better cooked.

    how can you make a smoothie from brown rice?! I have no idea.

    Anyways, heres the smoothie I make at night;

    1 banana
    1 scoop whey protein
    2 scoops vanilla ice cream
    top up with whole milk

    There's about 400 calories in that.

    Ratio of about 5:4:1 for Carbs:Protein:Fats
