Maybe its a carving a piece of art made from human bone, So yes it tested as human, not actualy size though
You can carve that skeleton from bone

It was apparently found in 2003 and is in this Documentary (film :P), which coincidentally, was released a couple of days ago.

The combination of genetic mutations explains Ata's appearance, but it's the number of mutations all present in the same specimen that surprised the scientists.
