Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

It's just a modified form of a 6:1 fasting diet. Normal breakfast + 10ish pears in a given day is probably a calorie intake under 1,000kcal.

Pears being high in fibre and water will certainly ensure that your "movements" are nice and soft that day and soften up any issues you may already have. Hence feeling "cleansed".

Nutritionally they're very good and should have just enough sugars to prevent you from feeling sluggish and tired.

Favouring soft pears over hard pears is likely down to the water content and the speed they'll progress through your system.

What's your target for Rotterdam? To be honest if you are putting in the miles and eating really well the weight will naturally come off. Also sometimes getting down to a low body fat doesn't automatically yield results.
