Refreezing frozen vegetables

    I want to start cooking for the week ahead at the weekends and I like to use frozen vegetables.

    Can I cook the frozen vegetables and then put it into a container with the rest of the meal ready to be thawed and microwaved?

    I have tried microwaving frozen green beans instead of cooking them before but that wasn't a success.

    I'd mainly be eating this food at work and all we have is a microwave, hence my eagerness to try and freeze things.

    I have spent the past month or more cooking my food the night before and then putting it in the fridge. That takes an age and limits my choice of food.

    Apologies if the above doesn't make any sense.
