Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

But some day down the line I will go again if I'm blessed

Yea it's made. All my in laws are like, uve one of each now so that's it for u? And I'm like well no... Is actually like a couple more if we are fortunate enough. I don't get why people make assumptions like that!

My little boy is an absolute lunatic SS... That prob why he sleeps from 7.30 till 8. But wee girl is usually very placid during the day which could be why she's awake at night :(

Is anyone else's tailbone wrecked from labour? Mine gets really sore now if I sit on it for a while, especially when I go to stand up!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,954 ✭✭✭Betsie_xr3i

Is it if your sitting for a long time that your tail bone is sore? Can't say mine is sore my hips/ pelvis is sore though only when I'm in bed x

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 12,449 ✭✭✭✭pwurple

Feeling like a blimp today. Weight gone (nearly 5 months on before anyone has a heart attack), but am just still so blobby around the tummy. Very self conscious on the beach in this nice weather. Hid in the water mainly, because I'm a hippo.

Yeah! Googled it and seems to be common enough....my pelvis can be a bit stiff especially when Im just out of bed!

Also rubbing my eye tonight and 4 or 5 lashes came out...may be hair loss beginning!

None of that's important though, our baba has ultrasound on his kidneys tomo as the levels were a little high in them during pregnancy but rotunda said it can be common in boys and didnt seem concerned so will hopefully be perfect!

Also he had a weigh in with community nurse today which went great but she thought his tongue looked very white and said we may need to get him checked for oral thrush:-(

Ha ha i for one deffinwtly wont be seeing ye there.
I musnt get those hormones post birth. Didnt happen with no 1 and deffinetly not this time. Always wanted a 2 year gap so it wasnt until no 1 was 1 until i started getting broody. Came off the pill in may concieved in June. Not an iota of broodiness now either.

Speaking of blaming your OH synyster ill never forget being in MILs few weeks ago and chatting to baba (was having a flare up of spd) i said to baba "you have poor mama banjackaed" mil being smart said "you cant blame your son for your bedroom antics" my reply was so quick "no but i can blame yours". BIL actually spat tea all over the table with laughing.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,816 ✭✭✭Suucee

I dont normally get period pains but my first periid after my daughter was terrible. I thought i waa dying.
After my son i had my pill perscription and when i got a bleed i started the pill as advised as assimed it was first day of period but that was it no more bleeding. Continued the rest of the pill pack and then had a normal periid. No pains thankfully.

My periods after having my son were heavier but no pain at all! Very strange. Few people I spoke to were the same though so you might be lucky.
