Stretch my Achilles' tendon and make my calves more flexable?

    Does anyone have any suggestions on how to do this? I live too far from the gym and all I have is a bench set. I always do squats but I feel as if they are only working out my thighs and not so much my calves.

    The only way I found to stretch them is by standing on the edge of a step and pushing my heel downwards. Any other ways of increasing my flexibility in my calves?
