Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

High VS Low Fly Cable

    Hi,

I injured my shoulder (AC joint) a year ago so i had to keep away from cable flies and the bench press.

I started back on cable flies last night and my shoulder seems ok today.

I was wondering, what is the difference between high cable flies vs low cable flies in terms of which muscles you are developing?

Thanks in advance for your help.

I wouldn't get too bogged down in whether you should do low or high.

Slightly different part of pec worked with each but, like I said, with flyes it won't make a big difference.
