Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Its as simple and as hard as you make it.

What exercise do you do ? What exercise to you like ?
Do you run or cycle on your own, or do a class at a defined time.
You need to be doing something that you enjoy and are motivated to do.

Make a schedule for the week for when you will take your exercise and then don't cancel.
You don't just roll over in the bed in the morning and decide not to go to work because you are lazy, do you ? ( If you do, I really, really cant help you).

Join a class, schedule a run or walk after work, decide to cycle to work. THEN DO IT.

Think of an exercise you want to do and do it.

There's no magic wand for making you do something.

There's a supplement for this. It's called MTFU

What is your diet like? Do you eat clean or is your approach to eating also lazy? I.e. do you cook your own meals from fresh ingredients or do you buy takeaways and pre-prepared frozen foods?

Convince yourself to do 5 minutes.

    Just 5.

Once you get off your arse you'll generally keep going for more than that

Its either a priority or it is not. At the moment its something you would like to do, but couldn't be arsed, its a aspiration not a priority. Once you make it a priority it will fall into place. There is no secret motivational tool, you have to want to exercise and once you start you will be sore and it will suck, but after a while more you will start to enjoy it and use it as a means of relaxation.

You need to form a habit. Once it's a habit, you'll actually miss not doing it.

Just plan for the next 30 days

wow, advice on how to stop being lazy.

    This is surprisingly easy.

    Get.The.Fuck.Out.Of.Bed.

I also offer a home visitation service where I come to your house and yell it at you.
