Boston Marathon Bomber's Rolling Stones cover

Some people may have seen this Rolling Stones' cover, which showed the suspected Boston Marathon Bomber, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev. In America, this has caused a massive controversy and outrage towards the Rolling Stones magazine. But I just don't get why. Is it because of what magazine it was? Say if the likes of Time magazine…

In America, this has caused a massive controversy and outrage towards the Rolling Stones magazine. But I just don't get why. Is it because of what magazine it was? Say if the likes of Time magazine had that image, would there be as much outrage?

It is an important discussion to have - why someone that seemingly had so much going for him turned into this supposed monster!
