Where to get Psyllium Husks in city center?

    Hi, just wondering where'd I'd be able to get a powder version in the city center, preferably less than €20 for a kg

    Have you got that much for less than €20 before?

    You'll get two 340g packs for just under €25 in Holland and Barrett.

    Solgar.ie has a 280g pack for €14.

    BulkPowders.ie has 100g at €3.75.

    Thanks for the reply. Bulk powders have a kg at €28 but unfortunately sold out this morning

    500g for €12 was the closest I could get, myprotein.ie

    Do not use "health" stores. The husks are widely available in Indian/Aisan shops - the one at the Parnell St end of Moore St. for example.

    The stuff is called "Ispagol" in India.

    Thanks, got it from bulk powders UK, and using PM it works out at €21 for a kg
