Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Is this an addiction to fatty foods? I don't feel full until I eat some thing which contains a lot of saturated fat and is unhealthy

Sarurated fat isn't all unhealthy so if you are craving it then get it via milk , cheese , avocado etc rather then processed meat

I was reading about runners swishing around sugary drinks and spitting them out and performing better, they may have drank plain water after. It was like they tricked their body into thinking they were about to drink some high calorie fuel. Like the way if you chew gum it is meant to stimulate stomach acid & saliva, in preparation for food.

I wonder if swishing oil around would do the same. Some people do this already with coconut oil for other reasons, so I wonder if any noticed it curbed cravings. Even if it is not spat out it would be in your mouth so might have some effect.
