Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi I was just wondering if anyone has any advice for me. I've just used the file transfer wizard to move files from a desktop to a laptop and now I can't logon to my laptop it says my password or user name is incorrect. ANyone know of a free password recovery programme? Thanks

    Okay I'll lock this now. It has served it purpose.

    For future reference if you have a problem with a post or you feel its in the wrong place use the report post icon -> report.gif and it will be taken care of.
