Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Charity Christmas Weights Competition- Irish Osteoporosis Society

    Hi all,

    On Saturday 21st December I will be hosting a weightlifting competition in Kiwifit Personal Training Studio, Sutton Cross, Dublin 13

    The lifts will be
    Trap bar deadlift,
    Clean
    Rack press
    Prizes going for most weight lifted in all three lifts for men and women as well as best total weight lifted for men and women.

    Cost will be €20 per person with all the proceeds going to the Irish Osteoporosis Society. Michelle of the Irish Osteoporosis Society will be present on the day to give a presentation and answer any questions about Osteoporosis. Donations of money and prizes for the winners gratefully accepted.

    I will be holding workshops in Kiwifit, Sutton Cross to help with the movements over the next few weeks. If you are interested, you can PM me for details.
