Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi guys looking for a bit of advice looking to try eat a bit better and lose some pounds I'm about 5foot 4 and 11 stone, my idea of eating healthy has been to eat a scone for breakfast a white pita breed plan chicken sandwich for lunch then for dinner two plan chicken fillets, I'm sure I could be wrong in thinking that it's healthy eating, ps I'm a fussy eater :-)

    Too many carbs anyway. Anyone who comes in here for advice will tell you to read the stickied threads that are at the very top of the forum. It may seem like we're being lazy but they have all the information you need and if you've any further queries come back then.

    Be an idea to post up a new food plan based upon what you learn in the stickies and we can give you a better idea then if you're on the right track for you.
