Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I've had problems with this in the past and I'm looking to address it yet again. Came across this exercise (http://www.pinkbike.com/news/How-to-Touch-Your-Toes-Without-Stretching-2013.html) which I actually tried last year and I did manage to improve my flexibility somewhat and touch my toes, something I was never able to do before. Thoughts on the exercise linked? Good idea/bad idea?

That link doesn't work, it's the front page of a website. Care to repost?

A lot of lower back and hamstring problems come from underdeveloped glute muscles. In terms of strength and mobility

    Just saying

    I didn't, sorry. I'll have a look when I have 7 spare minutes. :)

It's standard FMS movement corrections. They're good stuff.

And he explains hip hinge -v- spinal flexion well.

But look at a smaller part of a bigger problem.

A logical extension to this, is that a lot of hamstring and lower back problems come from sitting down too much which lead to weak glutes and hams.
