Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi Folks. I could do with a favour. We are heading to Paris next month and with every four euro tesco vouchure you can exchange it for an hour long river cruise on the Sceine. We haved used all our vouchures and we need three more 4euro vouchures. We would bed willing to send on 5euro if anyone could exchange their voucvhure for the river cruise one. Many thanks Jim.

I don't have any Tesco Clubcard Vouchers to spare, but if I did I would not be tempted to part with them for slightly over the face value of the vouchers. Typically they are worth 3-4 times their face value when used with Clubcard Partners. The cruise you mention seems to be this one-hour cruise, for which adult tickets are €14 each.

In Tallaght they have about 6 of the Microsoft HD-6000 webcams for €10, at the end of the housewares stuff (irons, coffee machines, etc).

Also next to the webcam they have a SAMSUNG DIGITAL CAMERA ST30 for €39.99

Boxes in both items are a bit broken.

Tesco Jervis Street just now, UNO Card game, reduced from €7.99 to €1. Think it's the one in the pic below - standard pack basically. If I had a penny for everytime I played that in college...
Found this today for €1, there were two packages that were almost identical but with different barcodes - the one with barcode 074299419409 is the one scanning at €1, the other scans at €7.99.

There was a little over a case out in Maynooth yesterday afternoon- though god only knows how much of it, if any, is still there.

    Bargain- Baileys 70cl @ 16 Euro.
3 bottles @ 38- plus 2 Euro for a large cut price box of Maynards Wine gums (and of course a 10 off with 50 spend voucher).

Other interesting offer- for those of us who like decent soft drinks-

San Pelligrino- all varieties 4.29 for a 6 pack, or 2 packs for 6 Euro.
Before I get an onslaught of people telling me they could get crates of coke for a fiver a forthnight ago- yes, you could- but if you genuinely like decent non-alcoholic drinks- you can't beat San Pelligrino.

Yes, this is a very pleasant soft drink. Bought two packs a few days ago in a shop using one of the Lidl vouchers.

Are these tokens in the papers that are printed for distribution in Hotels? or other places, ie not sold at newsagents?
I had thought there were different prints without certain things in them, like tokens etc.

@castle2012 - which branch did you get the phone in? Tried 2 branches and the phones were still €129, probably a different version of it, but definitely had no €50 ones.

Not sure if they have the vouchers printing already, but sounds like that from the page, also a banner on the front page about it.

In Tesco Clare Hall right at the back right hand corner there are Jamie Oliver knives reduced from something like 57 euro to 12 euro. They are high quality. I would have got some but I already have all the knives I need for the next few years. Apologies for such a vague description but I saw this yesterday evening and had a busy day so didnt get to post about it until now. Almost all the knives in that section are significantly reduced.

I keep confusing it with another large Tesco. I swear I'm developing Alzhemiers. My brain switches off because most Tescos seem to have the exact same design. The best bet is to ask one of the staff. You might be right because I seem to remember just scanning at the self service machines and walking away with my answer.

There's one in the minerals aisle approximately opposite the Coca Cola shelves, it doesn't always be switched on though, most of the time it is.

Another one near cards and newspaper shelves on other end.

There's a scanner in Clarehall where the newspapers and greetings cards are, on the right just after you pass the security desk. I think there's a second one too but I can't remember where.

Note- they are actively checking IDs for anyone buying knives- same as alcohol- the riot act has been read to checkout operators....... It was mildly amusing being asked for ID (when you're in your 40s.......)
