internet radio help needed

    i have a philips streamium internet radio for about 15 months,,, i recently upgraded to to horizon on upc from their standard package

    ever since i upgraded, about 3 months ago my internet radio has not worked properly...ie some days it wont connect at all

    the device tells me i am connected to upc but still wont connect to a station....

    on the device there is a place to put in an ip no,,,,is that the ip no of the device or is it my house ip no?

    any one have the same problem or any suggestions appreciated,,,,

    we have about 5 devices connected to internet
