    I remember Roussos from an earlier time when he worked with Vangelis in the Greek progressive rock band "Aphrodite's Child". I was a hipster even then. Gonna search-out and play the album "666" and give it a spin later tonight.

    Couldn't believe it when I heard on the news that Derek Davis had died. Was only listening to him last weekend on the Marion Finucane programme.

    He was a wonderful broadcaster and a bon vivant who knew how to enjoy himself.

    Very sad that his retirement was so short.

    Sorry to hear about Bill O'Herlihy's passing. He first came on my horizon when he did that unforgettable programme about money lenders. His own life was threatened at the time - brave journalism and ground-breaking at the time.
