    Hi guys,

    I need to desperately start back at the gym before I put on any more weight!! How's the Ben Dunne Westpoint gym? It's local so would be ideal for me. It's been years since I was in a gym, when I go in to them to join will they show me around and show me how to use the equipment etc? I don't want to look like a pleb trying tot figure it out for myself in front of everyone!!

    Heya I'm looking to join too, they do a discount if you have two people joining at the same time? I'd be willing to meet you down there and join to get the discount. They will show you around if you want a tour no probs!
