Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Chest doesn't go to ground.
    From standing, jump down to a position like the top of a press up, and back up.
    Similar to a regular burpee, but obviously not as horrible.

    Dead lift testing today.

    My 3 rep max was 162.5, up from 160kg. Although I beat my last number, I was disappointed, I expected a little more.
