Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Just came in this morning to hear the very sad news.

    The funeral arrangements for Irish Road Club member, Comdt Morgan Sparrow have been announced by the Sparrow family and Irish Air Corps.

    On Monday 7th May at 7:30pm there will be a prayer service at Anderson & Leahy Funeral Home, Henry Street, Newbridge.

    On Tuesday 8th May at 10:30am the removal will take place from Anderson & Leahy Funeral Home to St. Conleths Parish Church, Naas Rd, Newbridge.

    Funeral Mass will take place at 11:00am and burial at St. Conleths Cemetery.

    Morgan will receive full military honours from Irish Air Corps.

    Usher Irish Road Club would like to take the opportunity to specifically thank Dr Lucy Soden (Orwell Wheelers) and Dr Dermot Doherty (St. Tiernans) for providing such immediate care to Morgan at the Inter Club League Race until his admission to hospital.

    We would also like to thank the Cycling Ireland community for their messages of condolence at this very difficult time.
