Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Personal Trainer and Physio - Galway

    Does anyone know of a personal trainer in Galway that is also qualified as a physio?

    I'm looking for someone to give me a personalised workout plan - I have a problem with my hips which is why I would like a PT that is also qualified as a physio so I don't do more damage to myself!
