Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Im in Ben Dunne in Lucan. I have been there for nearly 4 years and they have gone through 3/4 PTs that im aware of the most recent of which lasted about 4 months and was shìte and now there is none. Im a lazy fecker if left to my own devises. I need the PT. If i have an appointment i wont let them down but if i have no appointment i always find a reason not to go. I know i need to work on this but its just easier if there is someone waiting for me cos then i have to go. If you get me.

anyone in the same position? Anyone want to train together maybe?

You sound like you would be better suited to a class type fitness routine.

Why train if you dont want to do it?

I don't know OP what are you doing with them?
I trained running because I wanted to be able to do it, so keeping up the c25k program was motivation, then entering races and working on time was motivation
With lifting things I just enjoy it and being able to lift heavier is more challenge and motivation

Maybe if you think of why exactly you are training and what you want to achieve it would be a good start??
As for PTs I would think about the above first then find someone who can help you get there rather than paying someone to supervise you doing the same old...
doing classes might end up being a good bet for you as someone else said

Classes, and if possible in something you enjoy, even if it's just to kickstart you every now and then.
Granted it may take a while to get into it, but give yourself four weeks of consistent attendance and reassess then.
