    Hello !
I found this thread, but it is from 2009 and want to check how up-to-date the info is.

I am in the same situation and work for an US multinational IT company with no Union relation. I think almost every setteled US company in Ireland do not have and do not wish to have one.

I was treated very unfairly and with no doubt the issue I have is against their own company's policies.
I opened a (HR) grievance procedure but I strongly believe that I should go a step further and sue and go for a financial settlement.

Do you still advice I should go over the LRC ? Or shall I involve a lawyer?
How long does it take to arrange a meeting with LRC and the employer?

I've found this form that needs to be filled out - is this the correct one?
    http://www.lrc.ie/documents/work/newforms/TermsEmploymentInformation.pdf

I couldn't find anything about the monthly fees.

If someone recommends a lawyer, who would you choose and why?

Thanks a lot for your help!
