You should try pantaprazole. Way better than rennies.

I don't have an every day carry but a rummage in my pockets reveals:

Old receipt from Applegreen dated 10th Feb for €50.01 mushed into a ball.
    Some coins - 3x €2, 1x €1, 2x 50c, 1x 20c, 1x 5c, 1x 1c.
A sticky note with a shopping list (Bread, Ham, Freddo bars)
Another piece of paper that has "50-100" written on it in felt-tip.
    JPB 100's - about 7 left.
    Lighter
Wallet - devoid of any currency of any shape or form.
    A dog-poo bag (unused)
Key fob with 2 keys - car and house.

Phone, loose change, chewing gum, lip balm in my pockets.

My handbag has hand cream, bits of jewellery I've worn but gotten annoyed with and taken off, hair grips, pens, old to do/shopping lists, mascara, coin purse, wallet and a load of old receipts. I hate cleaning out handbags, it's such a chore.
