Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

For e.g. Linwoods, is it really worth adding two tablespoons of this to your food each day. What would peoples opinions be on the nutritional value? Got a few free samples at health food show and they taste nice but don't know if its just another gimmick. Also I've read they are pretty worthless if you don't keep them in the fridge after opening so for anyone who does use them make sure to keep em' fresh!

You're better off just buying whole pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds etc., I don't think organic seeds are going to be drastically better for you than the ordinary stuff. I recommend wheat germ, stuff is cheaper than a lot of superfoods and is a well-balanced food in terms of protein, carb and fat not to mention packed with vitamin E.

Linwoods is expensive, like €7 a packet, isn't it.

If its a gimmick its alot to be spent on it.

Aldi does similar for like €2.50. Thats cheaper, gimmick or not.

Linseed loses its oils when they are milled and exposed to air, so better to buy a coffee grinder and grind your own. I do buy milled chia seeds but it seems to be the only way to get it in tesco anyway
