Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Great idea for a thread!
    Since September 2006 I have:

-removed my "this dude is a virgin" badge
-celebrated an anniversary with same girl ^
-broke up with same girl one month later
-did the LC one month after that
    -attended my first music festival
-met my new girlfriend at same festival
-started training to be a teacher
-had a poem published for the first time
-got my own weekly local radio show
    -quit my local soccer team
-went to Northern Ireland for the first time (december)
-had my first haircut since February 2006
-went to my first Beers (the awe-inspiring 3 man event from the Limerick City forum...)
-signed for a new soccer club (January 31)
-stopped going to soccer training (February 1st :D )
-cooked a meal for somebody else for the first time! No poisoning reported!
-had my first experience of Teaching Practice

    It's been a busy 21 months!

Aaaah the poor Flutt didnt do too much
    except travel the world.

Highlight would have to be that night in the Clarence after
a bad bout of constipation, the Flutt got things moving big time.

Dropped a gigantic coil of shíte in the upper suite and after admiring its
girth and sheen and pointing,I stuck a note on it.

    "Bono-this one's for you"

    Hope he got it:cool:

Not too exciting ,but hey, I felt much better.

"Left" 4th year of college (without the degree). Went to Dublin and got a headwrecking job. Hated the job and left after a year. Was out of work for a good bit, and took a manufacturing job in Cork for a few months until I ended up in a much better job with better conditions in Cork.

Read a load of books. Saw a good deal more of Ireland than I had before 2006, and have hiked a good deal North, East and South (haven't been to the West, really). Would ultimately love to earn a living from doing something more interesting than what I am doing at the moment, maybe writing.

I've been here far too long. 9 years now  I joined boards when I was 16 and when it was the Cloud/IGN boards and all that was really here was a few games forums, computers forum and after hours :)

    Since then I've:
    Done the leaving cert
    started college
    got a motorbike
    passed the driving test.
    finished college
    passed the driving test again.
changed the bike for a car
got a job straight out of college
    changed the car twice again
    changed jobs
    took up photography

Hopefully sometime soon I'll add "bought a house" to that list.
/bides time waitnig for housing market to crash some more

I think the quality of threads on the AH board has gone down since I joined.

Lotta threads that should be on the PI forum, a lot thata re just spammy 'What colour eyes do you have?' etc

    Pity.
