Just come home and discovered I left the turkey in the oven to long, and it's burnt black :(
I had totally forgotten I had put it in the oven, and we were away at family's house and cam back to a fog of smoke :(

Is there any where I could get one now?

    20lb or bigger :)

I doubt you'll find one Christmas day, unless you have a shotgun.

There's four places; There's the Turkey Hut, that's on third, there's Turkeys-R-Us, that's on third too. You got Put-Your-Turkey-There. That's on third. Swing Low, Sweet Turkey... Matter of fact, they're all in the same complex; it's the turkey complex on third.

    Good luck!

You should never roast a bird for too long.

15mins per pound of weight usually prevents them drying out.

But that's enough about what footballers get up to at the Grosvenor Hotel.
