    So whats the verdict on them? Worthwhile spending the money if you find something out?

    I assume you mean York tests or the like? They're pretty much worthless and very expensive.

    A poster on here submitted two separate samples pretending to be two different people and got completely different results.

    The only way to work out a food intolerance (the scientific definition of such has yet to really be defined) is by an elimination diet.

    Eliminate what you expect to be an issue for you for four weeks, re-introduce the food and journal symptoms.

    Cheap, easy and the most accurate method but no one's gonna make much money out of promoting it which is why it's not really that well known.
