Like towards homosexual and people of different race? When you're with your friends do you feel more comfortable making disparaging remarks about the previously mentioned?

When I'm with my friends, we have a laugh about certain things.. But at work you have a much more different sense of humour (Darker) where really anything could be said and it would get a laugh Or at least spark a conversation that resemble Shight talk!! Be almost always would be offensive to innocent ears!!
