Sky are giving away their Sky Navigator remotes for free.

To get one go to Interactive --> 0 --> 2 --> then key in 736683

Just ordered mine.

It takes 5 to 10 minutes.

Of course if you already HAD a Sky Navigator Remote it would take 2 !!

Yes, it is an online service to order this, so you will need the phone line in. National call rates apply.

I have also ordered one, but I'm not sure I'll even use the keyboard features. This was the first time ever even going online via the Sky box. I'm not intending to make a habit of it.

I've got one here already, never really used the keyboard UNTIL NOW

, but handy as a second Sky/ Sky+ Remote.

I never have my box connected to the phone line and have no intention of using the interactive services. I will use it as a second sky plus remote to use with my magic eye in the bedroom.:D

4 to 6 weeks it said. Well I have a sky eye but no spare remote. So this will be handy.

With 8 real PCs, & two laptops and even a PS2 with a HDD and Ethernet port on the Broadband I can't see me using the Sky Internet again. I wonder does that Web site work from a PC?

Phone line disconnected again...

I noticed how after I was finished 2 minutes later the green online light comes on again for about 25seconds.

Not that I have anything to worry about.

Just tried it there myself and it took my details no problem. Said at the end to expect delivery in four to six weeks. Guess they haven't quite run out of them yet....

Tried getting one there for my sister's Sky+... It has had the effect of knocking off all the "other channels"
