Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

eggs loads of ways you can cook them
anything you want really it doesn't have to be a 'breakfast'

    Then
    Apple
    Cereal bar
    Tea
you can add natural(no added sugar/oil) peanut/almond butter

    Lunch
    Either
Tuna sandwichditch the bread and add loads of fresh veg with a good olive oil dressing
    Or
    Soup
    Crackers oatcakes might be better
Yoghurtkeep it natural no added sugar and don't go for low fat

    Tea
    Banana
    Snack bar

Peanuts try to keep it unsalted you might be better off with something like almonds or brazil nuts

And whatever my boyfriend cooks for dinner
Lasagne etc try stay away from wheat

    Have you read the stickies?
Do you know what's causing the underactive thyroid? It's a good idea to stay away from wheat and gluten with auto immune thyroid problems
