Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Did any tickets actually go on sale this morning?

Either that or they sold out instantly. Know three other people who were trying and none of them got them :(

    Well thank **** for that.

    Two stalls tix for cson.

I wouldn't be exaggerating when I say I would have paid €100 a ticket to see these guys. I know this will bring the 'you could have them in Ballybogward for €2.27 5 years ago and now they're all mainstream and charging €50 for a ticket' crowd out of the woodwork but **** it.

Delira with me stira at the moment. :D

The Clyde Auditorium is a killer venue. Any seats in the house would do.

Have a feeling the fan club pre-sale put paid to us commoners.

Same here I was on at 8:55, refreshing every couple of seconds and all I got was "Sorry, no exact matches were found, but other tickets may still be available". Might go to London instead.

  • Registered Users Posts: 168 ✭✭Demios

If they were sold out instantaniously that all sounds a little suspect. I cant even get through to their phone ordering service to try that way. What a balls. I got up early and everything!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 478 ✭✭booooonzo

why the f*** is it saying other tickets may be available if a search for one ticket in any location wont return a result.

how come it wont just say sold out?

you were a day late, yeah plenty of people said they got them on this thread

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 18,625 ✭✭✭✭BaZmO*

The email from the Fanclub said that Fanclub presale tickets were to go on sale on Wednesday but they went on sale on Wednesday instead. Either the Fanclub or MCD fecked up. I know who my money is on!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,127 ✭✭✭Linguo

yeah ticketmaster sold them a day earlier than they said on the fanclub site i think, we tried to get them there and no joy! Honestly check out Glasgow if you fancy a weekend away, we're gonna go plan our mini breakaway now!!:D

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 18,239 ✭✭✭✭WindSock

Oh right. That explains it. Thought they went on sale yesterday. I feel like Bret & Jermaine in the picture :(

Because it isn't sold out. There are reserved seats still available for handicapped people and ones that are pending release as they are tagged for promotional purposes/MCD use etc.

when do they decide to release them do you know?

I have a hunch that it was down to me having an account with ticketmaster that resulted in me getting them. I just remembered I did at 8.50 and logged in thank god.

    I'm not crying.....

Makes absolutely no difference whatsover. I have an account and I've missed out on tickets for gigs plenty of times.

Usually when the various parties have confirmed they are not needed but there is no way of knowing when that is.

Right if Arj supports in Dublin I'll buy you pints for the night - but he won't be supporting in Dublin. Read it and weep

Don't blame the Conchords fan club for the mess up in the day tickets were to go on sale. *Cough*... a certain company was to blame for it*cough*

I'm seriously pissed off now. Why the Olympia? They would have sold out the O2 easily

(though obviously I would prefer to see them in the Olympia over the O2...)
