Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

  • Registered Users Posts: 413 ✭✭MeteoritesEire

Brinlack is what I was looking for--not quite as far north as the actual foreland.Gola is the bumpy island with Inishsirrer and Inishmeane in front of it

  • Registered Users Posts: 413 ✭✭MeteoritesEire

    hopefully a bit tougher

I have the same pic without me in it but figured WTH.

Whoever gets the 2 islands-the one I'm on and the one with sea arch gets a free meteorite.

I tried that cause the whole meteorite thing intrigued me :(

but the EXIF data showed there was no GPS on it! Here is what i found using the url

    http://www.findexif.com/?l=cQIYimxjADxc#results

If you had GPS you would have got the following result http://www.findexif.com/?l=vondelpark#results

    I think so

I know where it was taken from but what exactly you are looking at is another thing, I've looked at maps but cant say for certain it is, certainly looks like but the hills to the left, I've no idea.

You either were in a plane or have a very goon lens on that camera, To get a photograph of that shed from that angle you would have been standing on the road from Castlefinn to Castlederg Known as the "Upper Alt" annd the townland the buildings are in is Tievebrack.
You should call up here sometime to catch the sunsets with the windmils and Erigal silhouetted against the bright red sky, beautiful,

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,163 ✭✭✭✭danniemcq

I'd say its the goon lenses, heard very good things about them...

    sorry
