I have to wonder what your summer bike is like.

Here's a pic of my Christmas/New years present to myself. Bought the frame from Paul in the Bike hub and built it up myself over the past 4-6 weeks.

There's a lot of beautiful bikes in this thread, but that is definitely the best of the lot in my opinion! Congratulations!

New year new bike, only started cycling in Aug of 2012, and loving it

My new every day commuter/winter/touring/dogs body bike.

Picked it up today from markie379 this afternoon and he's kept it in great condition, looks pretty much as new besides some footrob on the cranks and the off scratch on the frame. Even with the guards, rack and 32c tyres it feels lighter than my last bike and it's lovely to ride.

Specialized Tricross sport, Tiagra 9 speed shifters and front mech, FSA triple chainset, 105 rear mech and 11-25 9 speed cassette.
I actually like the suicide breaks, will be handy for navigating traffic!

Looking forward to getting her back to Galway tomorrow for a proper spin but throw in a quick 5km after I picked it uptoday and I love it already.

Picked up my Allez Sport last night, have only put a few miles on it but so far I'm very happy with it. Pretty standard apart from the Armadillo tyres. Next on the list is changing over pedals for cleats and road shoes. Its basic in comparison to most of the bikes on here but as an entry level cyclist I'm hoping it will do for commuting for the next couple of years!!

I was so close to buying the exact same bikeover Christmas to have as a bike for my parent's house in Yorkshire.
The lbs didn't have my size in stock though, if they had, I was ready to whip my c/c out - they had the 2011 model in a sale (which I think yours might be? - similar spec anyway) - enjoy it!

Mine is actually a 2009 spec but it's in such good nick!

That's lighter than most full grown house cats. I stayed in a friends house last night and her not very big, very lean, male cat was 4.3kg... That bike must feel like nothing to cycle!

So, how did you two get on to weighing cats?

It jumped on my lap and I said "****, that's a heavy cat" and my friend said, "yeah, he was 4.3kg when we brought him to the vet last week".

I like this new unit for measuring bike weights. "My bike is tragically close to 2fghc but I'd like to get it down to a respectable 1.6fghc with proper upgrades."

We'd all love a sub 1fghc bike like that one in the picture though.

Sure it's a good looking bike and everything, but the main question is how many f.g.h.cats does it weigh?

If my maths is correct it's just under 1.7!
