    Lorraine Keane is too nice a girl. "Hero" Micheal Collins perhaps he would be better off doing an expose of that new over priced prison of his or how his grandfather left his own constituency in NI.

    this looks ok actually, i like both these guys. will watch this.

    I think comedy wise RTÉ have nothing to write home about, the comedies announce are fairly average.

    Triva, Mrs. Brown, Mattie and even The Panel all fit into playing it save, while it will be interesting to see Hardy Bucks make the move to TV.

    He then went on to ask

    Because they have ITV paying your salary rather than producing programming, RTÉ on the other hand actually produce TV shows.
    Since going FTA last year, I don't watch RTE anymore - and I don't miss it either

    RTÉ have plans to launch SaorSat in 2011, and you can still receive them via Terrestrial means FTA.

    The kind of crap they tried to throw at us during that badly produced Celtic Tiger reality show we all lived through;)
