    Thanks all! How do I feel wrstan? I have a warm, warm glow right in the middle of my sternum and a tingly buzz from head to toe. And more than slightly incredulous! That's how I feel as a national champion* :cool: So many people to thank so I'll wait until the danger of 'doing a Gwyneth' passes :)
