Does anyone know how to apply to contest the Irish selection process for Eurovision 2015?

RTE will choose Mentors and they in turn will ask industry friends for songs or recommendations for songs

Not so good news from RTE today. Eurosong is returning to the Late Late Show yet again next year as an open competition but this time without the mentor system. Apparently they looked at holding it in the Bord Gais Energy Theatre in Dublin but decided it was too expensive (official announcement of the format is coming in less than a fortnight).

There is a rule about the submissions that they cannot have been published before 01-09-2014... what this means is that there is absolutely no restriction on uploading the submitted entries to YouTube now.

Irish Eurovision song hard to hear over deep intakes of breath. Credit to a young kid but honestly couldn't somebody have pointed out that you couldn't hear her voice, all you could hear was these gulps of air. And this is not the singers fault. Who in the name of god was in control of the mixing. What a disaster considering it was a really nice song
