Half decent heart rate monitor

Hi Lads
I want to keep an eye on my heart rate during training so am looking for a decent monitor to do the job. Only want to spend about 50 quid though.

I have a garmin 110..would it be best just to buy the monitor for that?
Or would I be better off getting a polar from argos or something?

buy the garmin one. why wear two devices and anyway you won't get a standalone hrm and device for 30 euro.

costs a bit more than 30 euro even for the strap though.

€15 in lidl tomorrow, I've been using one for a while now and it's fine.

yes saw that one in lidl but if the OP has a garmin gps already he/she would avoid wearing 2 watches and get the integration of the gps data with the hr having it all on the one unit (also for online on garmin connect).

Yeah that's the mistake I made, I bought the forerunner 10,should've got a more advanced model.it's a pain wearing 2 watches but needs must
