Seems a good deal but the terms and conditions are restrictive on some of the bigger films due out this year.

2. Not valid for following films: Interstellar before 21 Nov; The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 before 5 Dec; The Hobbit: Battle of the Five Armies (all showings).

Bought 2 lots of 5 tickets. T&C are a bit vague. There will only be 2 of us using them. When they scan the voucher will it show that there are 5 tickets on it

I know this groupon offer says nationwide and its groupon.ie but is anyone sure they can be used in ireland as it says can be used in the uk in the t&c?

Just back from Fury.

Kids meal deal is a fiver for a small pop corn, box of smarties and a small coke.

The normal small popcorn and coke separate are a tenner .

So its the cheapest way to have a nibble in Odeon .

Can you buy the 5 tickets and then use them separately ? Like use it to buy 2 tickets on the 1st visit and then use it to buy the other 3 on another day ?

The €10 (or €20) groupon voucher gets you 2 (or 5) Odeon Voucher codes, which do not have to be used all on the same visit.

i bought 10 voucher codes and used 2 of them to see Fury last night. Good movie BTW. Use as many or as few at a time, no restrictions.

Odeon is only 6€ Mon-Thurs as it is - now including all 3D, iSense and premium seating

So its only a bargain if you go at the weekend!

Anyone have issues using these?

Twice I went to use them and was told they where used and the second time I was told they are sold without asking Odeon ala the papers done similar.

I managed to get in both times as I know staff and the second time the staff member was sound. But its very embarrassing to look like you're chancing your arm as the queue builds up behind you.

When I went, it wouldn't scan or something, but the manager signed off on it and let me in... Felt a bit silly alright, since people queuing behind me

They left a soar taste in my mouth,from the issues with odeon staff telling me id used them to the hassle of buying and activating them to get a code.

In future ill stick to bargain Wednesday I think

Dude they weren't that much hassle and it saved me a fair whack.
