    Hi all I'm starting in athlone in September doing culinary arts anyone have any tips or words of wisdom, very nervous, I've being out of work for a while and have two small kids. Looking forward to 'me' time but worried I won't cut it! I've worked in catering industry for years but don't know if I have the skills or knowledge to do well in this any know of any books that would help me before I start? Thanks in advanced
