Going by that list of products, I've never bought anything from Israel. Does that make me a crusty? I did shower this morning though

Better get off the computer then if you're running an Intel, just to be sure.

Every small move has some consequence

You should boycott purchases from all conflict zones & from all countries that abuse human rights.

Wouldn't want to be hypocritical after all.

Oh no, what will I do without those products. Guess I'll just continue on as normal. What palesitian products are there so I can avoid them too?

Will Christy Moore write a song about this too? Only this time in Aldi or Lidl? Love 'Dunne Stores' so I do.

Boycotting without a global view would be meaningless - Years ago the same thing backfired on themselves when chinese boycott japanese products.

Does this mean we should buy Palestinian products?

    What do they make?

God love them, I know they have their problems and all that, but their spuds are pretty good.

Why just Israeli products? Do other conflict zones/human rights abusers not matter or are we just going with what's popular in the media at the minute?

No. You haven't tried to force a leaflet into my hand yet! That is your last step on the path to enlightenment

Wile E. Coyote - Feel free to let us know of products manufactured in / by other purveyors of human rights abuses, and we will gladly boycott these.

It is unfair to assume that just because someone cares about one serious issue, that they don't care about others.

Do the 'right on' crowd not know this by default?

    Anything made in China.

    Anything made by Foxconn.

Hell, some people would even say anything made in the USA.

The more powerful nations in the world tend to all be involved in some shady stuff in one way or another.

I tried that a few years ago, impossible to do, things that you would never imagine to be made in China are. Most ironic is dog shampoo!

Looking at that link of Israeli products, there is a lot of plastic, I didn't realise they had such a large plastic industry, I thought it would have all been fruit and veg.

Israel tourism sponsor the tour de France on Eurosport.

We should all send emails or tweets to them saying this is ridiculous letting them get away with saying that we should go to a war zone!

I dunno why their fruit and veg is so tasty!

Is it because it's grown in the glorious Holy-Land?
